Abdallah AlSalman Abdallah Al Salman is the Lead Marketer in the world's biggest
shipping line, and currently sits on the board of a newly established sustainable energy solutions company. Throughout his professional life Abdallah has gained extensive experience in Business Development and Marketing in Jordan and the region.
Abdallah carries 10 years of professional experience, supported by a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Birmingham. His focus research and specialty areas are in the fields of Branding and Marketing. Abdallah is frequently invited as a lecturer at the German Jordanian University, where he interacts with talented Jordanian youth.

Abdallah enjoys travelling, and exploring new countries and cultures. During his travels and stays in different countries, he has formed relations with international professionals and inspiring individuals. Abdallah’s ambition is to channel these experiences to create a change.
Dr. Abdelraheem Abual Basal Dr. Abdelraheem  Abualbasal has spent 17 years in the United States where he studied and co-founded several tech startup companies. He obtained his bachelor degree from Eastern Michigan University in Business Administration and his master’s degree in Science Information Systems. He received his doctorate in Management in Information Technology from Lawrence Technological University. His Research interest in the area of entrepreneurship and innovation, cloud computing and new generation of web technology. He served as the department head of Business Administration and Social Media Marketing at Princess Sumaya University for Technology. He is currently the Executive Director of Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship.
Ahmad Abu Qauod Ahmad Abu Qauod is an IT entrepreneur who has established his company six years back. He has an experience of more than 12 years in the market with different organizations covering lots of IT solutions and services. He gained his master’s degree in 2006 and accomplished lots of professional certificates and recognitions.

Ahmad's company, Quality Business Solutions, is one of the leading IT companies in Jordan that reached a high caliber and trusted services in a short period of time. He believes that experience and knowledge he gained is something to be shared with youngsters and entrepreneurs and such knowledge should be transferred to get benefit from it and have better results from others.
Ali Dahmash Ali is a well-recognized social entrepreneur and social media enthusiast with broad experience in blogging and micro blogging. He has been a blogger and a social activist since 2005 where he was given credit by Her Majesty Queen Rania in January 2011. Ali was also given credit by His Majesty King Abdullah II in 2012. Ali utilizes social media for his business and initiatives and has a massive number of followers on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Ali has more than 18 years of experience in the IT field in Jordan and the USA. He began his career with Oracle as a sales specialist, then moved up the ladder to be the sales manager at ExecuTrain in Miami, Florida. He then moved back to Jordan to become the sales manager at STS Microsoft and Paynet departments. Today, he is the founder and General Manager of REACH 2.0 a leading social media company specializing in digital marketing and branding in Jordan, UAE, USA and Egypt. Eyas Shuaibi An entrepreneur at heart with a passion for technology, energy and investment management. Currently, advises on major investments in the energy and mining sector. Worked with high profile clients and initiatives across the Middle East region and North America such as national transformation strategies in sectors of energy, industry, technology and innovation. Eyas has handled numerous investment opportunities at various stages ranging from early startups to global expansion of established businesses. Eyas is on the board of Queen Rania Entrepreneurship Center (QREC) and has been mentor for startups since the inception of the Award. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.

Nimati Emam Nimati is a marketing strategist and a communication professional with 12 years of experience, holding an MBA from the university of Kent, UK. She has helped local and international brands understand their consumers and develop their market positioning and communication strategies.

The highlights of her career include;
- Managing the marketing communication business of Zain (Fastlink) while working with Publicis Graphics.
- Leading the commercial rebranding of Orange Jordan after being recruited by Y&R. Soon after she became the business and strategy head for Orange's integrated marketing communication.
- Launching the planning function at Memac Ogilvy Advize/Jordan where she championed Strategic Planning and new business development.

Nimati joined Cheil in October 2014 as a strategic planning director to help found the Levant headquarters, grow the business and launch the strategic planning function. She has been actively mentoring entrepreneurs for the past two years. She is a Mowgli trained mentor, a mentor with Forsa, a JST Rule of Law fellow (studying the role of media in women empowerment), a Blogger and a contributor to The Huffington Post
Omar Sukhon

It is very challenging to write about my own strengths and weaknesses, because sometimes there is a huge gap between what I think I am and what I really am! To get an objective description I tried to ask my friends and colleagues who know me very well that what they think about me. I think one of my distinguishing strength is the diversity of experiences I possess. I have studied Industrial Engineering specializing in Gold manufacturing industry and I have wide experience in IT and Telecom for more than 23 years of full time and part time work experience at different industries. All these elements have given me a very broad point of view.

I took my second degree in Marketing in year 2000 as I was planning to change career from an industrialist to project planning and market research, due to my experience as an entrepreneur in the IT sector, I had to work hard on my IT skills to understand the industry in many different aspects to survive in very challenging market, I self-taught myself all I needed to start generating business but back in 1995 there was the revolution of Internet in Jordan so i needed to understand this industry to enable me compete in this fast moving industry, so I worked with two telecom companies and learned a whole lot from whom we consider today the masters of telecom in Jordan.

I always try to care about those around me regardless of their wealth or social class. I make an effort to show respect and treat all people with dignity without distinction whatsoever of race, gender, religion, national or any other distinguishing feature. I am patient but to a limit, as I like to give people around me a chance to learn, but I lose my patience if they keep doing the same mistake over and over, may at the first glance it seems a strength but not about me.

Finally I know to have a successful life both in personal and career, I need to know myself. And I am working not only to strengthen my strength but also improve my weaknesses.

Rami Ejailat Eng. Rami S Ejailat holds BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan. Rami is the Founder and CEO of Experts 911, a leading Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) in the MENA region that helps companies with their all of their IT needs, from IT Support and Helpdesk to fully Managed IT Solutions. Prior to Experts 911, Rami was the Deputy General Manager with iAXCESS; a leading value-added distributor covering the Middle East & Africa and focused on IT Security, Backup and Disaster Recovery and represented brands such Kaspersky, DoubleTake, Acronis, NETGEAR, NETASQ and others. Before that, Rami was the Technical Manager with ULC; an OEM/ODM CCTV systems distributor covering APAC, MENA and Europe. Before that, Rami started as Oracle & Cisco trainer at ITCC.

Rami has gained extensive experience in regional business development, managing vendors, sales channels & key partners, as well as creating business units ranging from technical departments to sales, marketing, HR, warehousing and logistics. Watheq Safareeni Marketing and Communications have been my passion since I joined this industry in 2005. Thankfully, I was involved in designing and implementing huge campaigns for first tier clients in Jordan and the region.

It all started by learning the traditional media planning approached and methodologies, developed into structuring comprehensive communications strategies utilizing a variety of tools, including offline and online media, ambient and direct marketing activities. Among clients handled, are Orange, Zain, Umniah, HSBC, Arab Bank, Housing Bank, Invest Bank, Time Center (Luxurious Watches Dealer), Kayyali Jewelry, Le Royal Hotel, Coca Cola, Emaar Jordan, Nuqul Group, Nissan, Toyota, Beko, LG, Azadea Group, Nike, KPMG and more.

During my career, I started the first campaign on Facebook out of Jordan for Orange, in 2007, and since then my career started shifting towards digital media. I started my own startup but it did not succeed, and then moved my career totally into digital and social media communications.
Yousef Wadi Yousef Wadi is a Computer engineering graduate from the German Jordanian University that has focused his career path on online Products and Technologies merging between user experiences and advanced Technology. He has started his Online Product experience as a Contractor for Microsoft selling Online Rich Media Products to Global players like Yahoo, after that he has joined Yahoo as a Senior Product Manager handling Video on Demand systems, Geo-Location and Geo-Service products as well as Yahoo’s Custom IE based browser. Post to working with Yahoo, he has worked with a startup named 7awi as a Senior Product Executive where he has taken the famous offline regional brand Layalina to the online space gaining fast traction through its unique online experience making it rank #1 in its category MENA wide within 4 months only.

Currently Yousef is a Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Arabiaweather, working with Weather Technologies, Online Media Technologies as well as TV Automated Media Products that focus on weather. He aspires to bridge between “low level raw data tech engines” with online and Rich Media Applications to give users the best experience and accuracy. Currently he is responsible for all Arabiaweather Products including the Weather Technology, Online Web, Mobile and B2B custom products like TV And Media as well as Aviation. 
Zeina AlMumalah

Zeina Al Mumalah provides Quality Assurance Consultancy for the one of the biggest contracting companies in Jordan. During her relatively small years of experience; she has recorded several achievements and improvements in the company she is working for and for the construction industry in General. Her desire is to put fingerprints in improving construction industry activities and performance.

On the other hand, Zeina has worked for several nonprofit organizations in order to provide consultancy in improving business processes in different sectors. Zeina holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Masters in Engineering Management. She received her degree from one of the leading universities in the UK. She is also an active member of several professional organization’s and associations.

Dr. Zeinab Samak Dr. Zeinab Abu Samak, is a university professor with a PhD in Multicultural Education. She first came to work with young entrepreneurs through working with QRCE (Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship) as the HUDART, Hashemite University DART club consultant. Dr. Zeinab is also the Co-Founder of Launch Pad; An imitative that aims to help prepare youth for a successful future; Launching Entrepreneurs & Career Professionals to their success.  Currently she has been a mentor with Mowgli (A British Organization for Entrepreneurs) since 2012 and an active volunteer with INJAZ for the past three years.
